Delivery Timeframes:

Please note that after your order is shipped, it may take additional days for the delivery partner to complete the delivery to your address. This timeframe can vary depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order:

For your convenience, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.

Return and Exchange Period:

• You have 5 days from the delivery date for hassle-free returns and exchanges.
• An additional 10 days will be taken for the returned items to reach us.

WE ONLY OFFER REPLACEMENT FOR GOODS FOR SIZE ISSUES UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, NO REFUNDS.

Product Condition:

• Please return the product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped.
• Returns will not be provided for products returned in poor condition or clearly worn.

Processing Time:

• Unworn and unwashed: Clothes should be returned in their original, unworn condition, free from any dirt, stains, or odors.

• Original tags attached: All original tags and labels should be intact.

• Proper packaging: Use the original packaging if possible, or ensure items are securely wrapped in clean, protective material.

Returns For Complimentary Product Offers

• Any items acquired through promotional deals with complimentary products are non-returnable.

Self-Shipping Returns:

• Ensure secure packaging with the ORDER ID and registered mobile number mentioned. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during the return shipment. To safeguard your interests, we strongly advise using an insured and trackable mail service. A replacement will only be processed upon our actual receipt of the goods or upon presentation of proof of successful return delivery.

NOTE: Please avoid using The Professional Couriers for self-return. Use a reliable service like ‘Speed Post’ to ensure safe transit.
